Relaxing and excellent hotel in an excellent position in the center of everything. Respectful staff and altogether a perfect experience. A wide array of the best and incredible breakfast options. Location just next door to malls, supermarkets, food chains, churches, and hospitals.

The staff was really helpful, as for 3-stars hotel. It had strategic location right by The Atrium. And the area was downtown, just next door to the center of Iloilo, and various tourist attractions.

Clean hotel with great amenities. Favourable marvellous location, to get a reliable taxi etc. Very close to various tourist attractions of Iloilo and the famous Jaro Catholic Church, and a super market. Early check-in, late check-out. Everything good.

This place is quite clean, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and the rooms are spacious for a great second visit.

The breakfast was good; buffet style with a good choice of local, American and continental dishes.

The Internet was poor, okay for email using an offline client but pretty much impossible to do online stuff like banking, etc.

Convenient Location and Good Staff

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel near a major traffic circle. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The buffet was okay, with decent choices to select.

The hotel had a terrible internet connection, which made it frustrating to get any work done. The taxi system was also not efficient, with drivers overcharging tourists.

It isn't sound proof. I can hear everything outside of my room. Someone was passing by a lot of times while coughing outside if my room one night.

we liked the position of the hotel in the middle of the city with easy access and transport to other parts of the town. The staff in the dining room were very polite and helpful. Security guards positioned around, made the place feel safe

The rooms could do with some refurbishment, tatty carpet and the furnishing could be updated.In general the corridors were dark and gloomy and again the flooring left a lot to be desired. WI-FI service was temperamental. Hidden prices not advertised prior to bookings being done, hence we were surprised that there were other charges when we were settling the account at the end of our stay.

Enjoyed having a room with 2 comfy double beds, mine was soft like a cloud ☁️. The spot a few blocks from The Atrium was really convenient and amazing.

The only thing that needs improvement is d high temp of d room. The aurconditioning unit temp needs to improve. . At least achieve a 19-23 C.

Big room , city view, location, grocery store , malls close by ...

Room needs to be vacuum , carpet in hallway very old ... Breakfast is good but vege not fresh ...

We spent our Easter holiday at a hotel located above a small mall with a supermarket which was very convenient. the staff was very courteous and welcoming, answering all our questions promptly. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. We were pleased to receive complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Opening and using of hotel wifi is annoying.Long numeral passwords. Wifi stops all the time and you need again to register and register.

I liked the location. The locals are friendly and very helpful especially with directions/
